What to Expect:

Rare opportunity to experience first-hand insights on the Toyota Way and Toyota Production System from Mike Hoseus, Former Executive Operations and HR Leader at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky, (TMMK), and Co-Author of Shingo Award winning book, Toyota Culture.

Mike will lead a pre-tour Learning Session to explain the inner workings of Toyota and the TMMK Georgetown Plant, what to look for during the tour, and the philosophy behind the systems in place.

Mike will also lead a Wrap-Up Session after the tour to answer questions and to provide deeper insight into one of the leading and innovative Lean Organizations in the world.
