What is the lean human value stream and model?
Utilizing key assessment tools—organizational and trust audits—the human value stream training and consultation services focus on key aspects of the trainees’ organizational situations and on their understanding of the transition to and implementation of lean strategies.
-The core concept of the training is that successful implementation of lean is based on people (employees) participating in and being developed by a continuous improvement culture throughout the organization. The Human Systems Model illustrates the total configuration of the continuous improvement culture-- strategic direction, flow, sequence, content and results--that facilitates and sustains lean human development.
