The Center for Quality People and Organizations is a non-profit organization founded through a seed grant from Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky (TMMK) in partnership with the Scott County School District in Georgetown, KY.
The Center’s mission focuses on developing lean human and organizational systems via implementation of a continuous improvement, servant leader and team culture for education, business, and community persons and groups in Kentucky and beyond.
The Center offers intensive presentations, training programs, planning and design activities, and consultation services that are fully commensurate with the lean systems and process in use throughout the Toyota Company internationally.
Recently, Center Executive Director, Michael Hoseus co-authored a volume with Jeffrey K. Liker in the Toyota Way, McGraw Hill series entitled, Toyota Culture: The Heart and Soul of the Toyota Way, 2008 .
The staff of the Center is a highly qualified group of individuals and teams. They are employed in providing continuous training, consultation and project design work in educational, business, and community settings.
